Sign In Information

Click the Sign In link at the top or bottom of any page to sign in to customer service and access your account. When you sign in, you must provide your user ID and password to identify and authenticate yourself with our server. If you are having trouble logging-in, please note the following:

• Your user ID is your full e-mail address, including the part following the @.
• If you have multiple e-mail addresses, be sure to use the correct one. Also, if your e-mail address has changed, you must sign in with the old one and then update your account.
• Your password is case sensitive, so e.g. "secret" is not the same as "Secret". A common problem is having the caps lock key set differently from when you signed up.
• Your password is at least 6 and at most 32 characters long and may contain any combination of printable characters.
• If you terminated your account, your user ID was changed to your AVCInc account ID and your password was not changed.
• Your user ID and password will be retained until you exit the browser, so you won't have to enter it again unless you change it or restart the browser.
• Some browsers offer to save your userid and password. Keep in mind that doing so will allow others who have access to your browser to gain access to your account.
• If you have multiple AVCInc accounts and want to sign in to a different one, you may have to exit your browser to be prompted again for your user ID and password.

AVCInc cannot tell you what your current password is, since passwords are stored in an encrypted form and can't be decrypted (referred to as a one-way hash). The only solution to a forgotten password is for AVCInc to set your password to a value that we both know. Enter your registered e-mail address and phone number below and click submit. The new password will be indicated at the top of the page. If the password is "Your credit card number that ends with XX", enter the actual credit card number without spaces, not the literal text in quotes! If you still can't sign in, send your registered e-mail address and phone number in an e-mail to Subscriber_Services@avcinc.com that explains the problem you are having. AVCInc recommends that you change your password to a different value upon logging-in.
