Tariffs

Affordable Voice Communications Inc. (AVCInc) publishes the descriptions, terms, conditions, and rates for the services it offers in tariffs. These tariffs form a contract between AVCInc Customers and AVCInc. In most cases, these tariffs receive critical review by the respective state regulatory commission having jurisdiction over the area which the tariffs cover. The tariffs vary by state because of the differences in the laws from state to state and the differences in the rules of the state regulatory commissions in each state. AVCInc makes these tariffs available for inspection by our customers through this Web page. In addition, the tariffs may be inspected in person by visiting the AVCInc office in Las Cruces, NM.

The tariffs are made available by AVCInc in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have a way to view PDF, click here and you can download a free viewer and plugin from Adobe. To use the viewer, you must first download the PDF file and then use the viewer off-line to view a tariff. The plugin incorporates itself into your web browser and allows you to view the PDF on-line from within your browser.

The following table lists for each tariff the title of the tariff document, the regulatory agency (RA), the services covered by the tariff, the effective date of the tariff, the future effective date of the next revision of the tariff, and the size of the PDF file expressed in K (1024) bytes.
